In this faculty we develop methods to measure and to enhance the quality of how jobs and lives are taken at heart.
Autonomy, empowerment, self leadership, responsibility, commitment, engagement. Responsibility is the first and the latest piece of the curriculum of the being.
It starts individually with each of us taking up events as opportunities to learn.
It goes on collectively in organizations by checking the congruence of the activities with the common good.
And finally it is also humanity going for a new way of living and living together.
