In this faculty we work on codeveloping methods to facilitate transformational change of organizations. Connecting people with their excellence takes a lot but connecting organizations with theirs too. Challenges oblige us to get to the point and align all the energies of organizations to the common goals.
Gradual metamorphosis from the inside takes humble revisiting of attitudes and behavior, systems and processes.
