Who we are
UHDR (Universal Human Development Research) developed a process in eight steps leading to Sustainable Human Development.
We are an international network of professionals linked into work groups, training teams and operational networks.
We create innovative approaches to personal and societal development, to shift industrial society & economy into creative coherent knowledge-based society and economy by connecting people with their potential. A private initiative and collaboration between corporate, consulting, training, education, and top performers.
We have taken responsibility to transform professional and civil society.
We innovate in tools, test them on the field, validate them scientifically, publish, train trainers, create supporting software.
Beyond knowledge and skills, we work on being, on attitude and behavior.
We believe that for sustainable growth of man and society, tomorrow's leaders, educators, trainers, consultants, transition managers have to qualify specific human qualities. Facilitate emergence of them is our quest.
